Cancelation Policy

We were enforced to implement stricter cancellation policy, due to an increase in no-shows and cancellations. It’s unfortunate that such a policy exists, however, please understand that when
you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
You will be required to pay R250.00 as a booking fee to guarantee your appointment. This fee will be deducted from your treatment fee after the procedure.

The booking fee will not be refunded to your treatment invoice should the following occur:

  • Cancelling/Rescheduling your appointment within LESS than 24hours of your scheduled appointment.
  • Cancelling/ Rescheduling your appointment on the same day as your scheduled appointment.
  • Not showing up for your scheduled appointment.

We understand this may come across as harsh, however our goal is to be preventative in order to protect and accommodate our team and clients valuable time.
This policy allows us the time to inform our standby clients of any availability, as well as keeping our schedule filled, in order to better serve everyone.
